Refund Policy

Refund Policy Commonwealth Migration Group Inc. · Ontario Corporation No. 1001703121 Last updated: [insert publish date] This Refund Policy applies to all professional services provided by Commonwealth Migration Group Inc. ("CMG," "we," "us," or "our") and forms part of the Retainer Agreement signed by each client. Where this page and a signed Retainer Agreement differ, the signed Retainer Agreement governs. All Professional Fees Are Non-Refundable All fees paid to CMG for professional services are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to: • Client withdrawal, change of mind, or discontent with an application; • Delays in processing by any governmental or third-party authority; and • Rejection, refusal, or denial of any application by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC), or any other relevant body. No Guarantee of Outcome CMG and its Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs) make no express or implied guarantees, warranties, or assurances regarding the outcome or success of any application or immigration process. Providing such guarantees is strictly prohibited under applicable laws and regulations. All professional services are delivered on a best-effort basis, in accordance with relevant immigration laws, professional obligations, and the accuracy and completeness of information and documentation provided by the client. Professional fees represent compensation for time, expertise, and services rendered, and are not contingent on the outcome of any immigration process or decision. Exception — Discretionary Refund If CMG is unable or unwilling to complete the services set out in a client's Retainer Agreement, and that failure is not due to any act or omission of the client, a partial or full refund of professional fees may be issued solely at CMG's discretion. Any such refund excludes government application fees and third-party disbursements, and, if approved, will be processed within thirty (30) days of mutual written agreement, via the original method of payment. Government Fees and Disbursements Government filing fees and third-party disbursements are separate from CMG's professional fees and are generally paid directly by the client to the relevant authority. Where CMG remits a government fee on a client's behalf, an additional 5% administrative charge applies to that fee. Refunds of government fees, where available, are determined solely by the relevant government authority (e.g., IRCC) and are outside CMG's control. No Chargebacks Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment reversals through any financial institution, credit card company, or payment processor for fees paid to CMG. Initiating a chargeback is treated as a material breach of the client's Retainer Agreement, and the client remains liable for the original amount plus any related fees, penalties, or administrative costs.
