Immigration services referenced on this Site are provided by, or under the supervision of, licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs), including Vishal Arora (RCIC License No. R711592). Use of the Site You may use this Site for lawful purposes only, including browsing our services, using our free tools, and submitting inquiries. You agree not to: • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, provincial, or local law or regulation; • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems or databases; • Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or otherwise interfere with the Site's normal operation; • Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site by automated means without our prior written consent; • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form or tool on the Site; or • Use the Site to impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located within the Province of Ontario, except where a matter is directed to the CICC complaint process under your Retainer Agreement. Severability If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
